Current owner Faith Harvest Church is moving to a new location, and they wish to sell their childcare operation along with the property. The childcare business -- with a 24-hour license -- has been serving the neighborhood for decades, and has historically always had a waiting list. A very recent renovation of the school wing permits a capacity of 126 children. Built in 1921, the bright and cheery school wing includes a reception area, director's office, two floors of classrooms, a gymnasium, outdoor play areas, and more. Much of the furniture and equipment will convey with the sale.

The school wing connects to the sanctuary, fellowship hall, and commercial kitchen through a later-built addition that includes restrooms and a spacious foyer. Part of the fellowship hall is currently used in support of the daycare, as is the well-equipped commercial kitchen. Originally, according to county records, the hall had an occupancy maximum of 363, while the sanctuary had an occupancy of 370. In its current configuration, the sanctuary seats roughly 200. However, the original roll-up doors that originally permitted overflow seating in the fellowship hall still exist and could be used once again by removing the temporary walls constructed for additional classroom space. (As seen in the listing photos, the sanctuary -- with banquet round tables -- seats approximately 100.) In the sanctuary is a baptistry, a media booth, and dedicated spaces for musicians and choir. Many of the original finishes still exist, along with stained glass windows, and an statement vaulted ceiling.
