The former Ebenezer United Methodist Church was built in 1960 or 1967 -- records are conflicting.  The complex occupies two separate land parcels (deeded 1967) and comprises a sanctuary, hall, kitchen, restroom, mechanical room, and storage.  The sanctuary has a modern interior with a large altar area, pew seating, and an upper-level viewing deck.  The hall includes a play area that can be closed off with accordian walls.  The warming kitchen has non-commercial appliances, and could benefit from updates.  There is only one restroom.  The condition of the boilers is unknown, but the HVAC for the hall was in working condition in July.  The sanctuary is cooled with window units.  The property is zoned 22R-1 (one family residential).
